Using White Eyeliner to Widen your Eyes Making small eyes look larger is a snap when you use white eyeliner. All you have to do is take the pencil and run it along the upper and lower waterline of each eye. Then, line the lash line with black pencil, as you usually would. Finish with mascara and be amazed at how your eyes pop!
